January of 2021 Ethos Three Architecture in conjunction with Civica Architecture of Miami, Florida broke ground on Civica Nevada. This project is the first phase of a K-12 147,000 SF campus located near Las Vegas Blvd. and Hamilton Street in North Las Vegas. Currently under construction is the 46,000 SF elementary/middle school. The school will be completed in July of 2021.
The Mater Boys Academy of Northern Nevada opened their new 21,500 sf classroom addition in the Fall of 2020. The project consists of a 3 story building housing 20 new classrooms and administrative space. The addition augments the existing Boys and Girls Club on 9th Street in Reno, Nevada.

The Hawking STEAM Charter School Site 2 is a 60,000 square foot public charter school in San Diego, California. The project converted an existing office/warehouse building into a K-8 school and was completed in August of 2019. The grand opening of the school was attended by Bobby Turner and Andre Agassi of the Turner Agassi Fund shown here at the ribbon cutting ceremony.
